No Joy “Lunar Phobia”

Montreal shoegazers No Joy shared their newest today, “Lunar Phobia,” and it’s… sparkly. Definitely a departure from their last 2 outputs, Ghost Blonde and Negaverse, in that it’s less-so murky noise-pop, and more-so a sunny, hazy daydream. Jasmine’s vocals are ethereal and less hidden beneath the reverb.

Their full-length follow-up to the excellent Ghost Blonde, entitled Wait To Pleasure, is out April 23 on Mexican Summer.
