Black Books are a five-piece band out of Austin, Texas. I had the pleasure of stumbling upon them at SXSW last year and was instantly hooked on their gorgeous dream pop. The young band is getting a lot of buzz for their recently released EP, Aquarena and their debut album will soon follow via Believe Records. To kick things off, check out the ridiculously awesome stop-animation video for the single Favorite Place, embedded below (and while you’re at it, the video for The Big Idea as well.) Their debut album will be released on Believe Records later this year.
