This one is a true labor of love.
The Knife’s new single, Full of Fire is streaming via JunoPlayer in 30 second snippets… meaning you can listen to the full track, but you have to keep pressing play as the clips come to an end to keep it going. Oh, and PS, the track is nine minutes long so that’s a lot of clicking. The single will be officially released for a more passive listen next week.
I gotta wonder if Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer are huddled around a laptop in a room somewhere in Gothenburg, reading the buzz about the track and giggling to each other at the thought of all of us continuously pressing play on this random streaming service they selected.
