New Yeah Yeah Yeahs Tracks, Trailer, Album Art

That’s the new album art for Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ upcoming fourth full length, which we now know will be called Mosquito. There’s no official release date yet, but I’ve got a couple of new tracks streaming for ya after the jump, along with the album’s trailer. It’s due out “sometime this spring.”

TV on the Radio’s Dave Sitek is reprising his role as the album’s producer so it’s possible we’ll hear more of the toned down, almost danceable Yeah Yeah Yeahs we heard on 2009′s Sitek-produced It’s Blitz. “Almost danceable” may be the audio motif they’re aiming for here. According to Pitchfork, one track is produced by James Murphy and another by Dr. Octagon (!!!) of all people.

No tour dates have been announced yet, but you can be sure we’ll be the first to let ya know when we hear something. Stay tuned.
