The Bunker has been around for ten years? Shit.
Much has changed since the formerly weekly, all-night techno rager began down on the Lower East Side at subTronic. Namely, it moved across the East River to the rock club then known as Galapagos; now Public Assembly. On January 3rd, the party will celebrate its ten-year anniversary in both rooms of the former mayonnaise factory on North 6th.
This landmark anniversary party includes a live set by Vatican Shadow; the inclusion of which is a testament to the party’s reputation for experimentation beyond atypical dance techno and into more mind-bending, progressive sounds from the outer reaches of the genre.
They’ll also welcomes back all four of their resident DJs, in addition to Silent Servant and Move D. Tickets are on sale now.
